The Geographic Knowledge Lab team including Prawal Lohani, Nayomi Ranamuka, and team leader Yaguang Tao won the AURIN/ArupĀ Urban Innovation Data Hack. The data hack was a unique chance to be at the forefront of addressing urban challenges, harnessing opportunities and fostering innovation within the Melbourne Innovation Districts (MID) initiative in the age of urban digital twins.
Running over 22 and 23 March, the Data Hack brought together diverse talents to interrogate data, generate insights, and prototype solutions for urban challenges, focusing on demographic transformation, climate transition, and urban digital twins.
